Normal order has resumed

I have to admit that I thought it would never happen by now.
Alas, to my great surprise, my father has finally told me off last week for buying a new car instead of a used one. He did break a parental record: It took more than four months for the reprimand to come, whereas their average is just a few nano seconds.
Reports from Earth, the third planet of the so called Solar System, say that it is now resuming its orbit around the sun.

How is the Volkswagen "Hipushit" doing? Is it still alive & kicking?

It could be, but my father sold it for almost nothing several years ago.
He bought a Dihatsu Charade when I was still in Israel and my sister was using the Beatle. Then he got himself a Dewhoo (excuse spelling) and gave the Charade to my sister.
So you can see the trend: he likes driving retro cars.
Given car prices in Israel and his needs - it took him 25 years to do 100,000km on the Beatle - I can't really blame him. My main worry with the Dewhoo is that it gets like half a star in the safety department.
